UFUK BİÇAK
He graduated from Dokuz Eylül University Izmir State Conservatory, Department of Composition and Orchestra Conducting. He completed his master's degree and proficiency in art in composition at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University.
It is possible to classify Biçak's music under two categories. The first of these is the music he composed with his own theory of harmony based on mathematical patterns. This approach can be considered as the musical expression of the composer's understanding of “modernism in harmony with nature”. In the music that falls outside of this approach, the composer uses the experiences he gained through his research on the music composed until his own time, mostly in the 20th century, in his compositions with an original approach.
